The upper

edges (to 1968 Berehy upper [1]) - non-existen t village in Poland, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in Bieszczady Cou nty, in the municipality Lutowiska. In the years 1975-1998 belong ed to the village administrative regional capital Rzeszów. In th e sixteenth century, the owners of this village were Kmitowie. Until 1553, the village has inherited Peter Kmita Sobieński, and after his death, childless widow Barbara Kmita with Herburtów. After her death in 1580 - brother Stanislaw Herburt. September 25, 1944 the village was occupied by Soviet troops [2].
